Item was advertised as brand new gaming PC. i contacted the seller asking for technical support on the day i received it he seemed helpful and asked for some photos to find out why the PC crashed after 5 minutes of actual gaming. Then it finally stopped working within a very few days. Also noticed that some parts were used (HDD done 11k hours already) and faulty. Tried to contact him different ways since - message on eBay, email, phone - with no success in 3 weeks. Very disappointed!
